I’m a Mental Health Advocate, content writer, cybersecurity newbie, podcaster and a terrific Nigerian woman.

In 2020, I launched my podcast to address the stigma around mental health and offer my unique opinion about it after a breakdown. Through my creative outlets I’ve been able to hold space for myself and others.

Why am I choosing to have a newsletter?

As a teenager in high school I always found myself lost in the pages of magazines and books. I also enjoyed journaling which is why you will get a few random and thought provoking prompt.

In high school, I wondered if it was possible to own a publication. The idea of launching Mindful Moments came to me during a morning walk in my neighbourhood.

This is a huge step to follow my dream and I’m excited to have you here.
