Why you should embark on a fitness journey

Today, I talk to you about my fitness journey and how it has been helping me discover, heal and grow as a person. Starting any journey can be overwhelming for many of us. We're often left to figure out everything by ourselves. In the eight dimensions of wellness, fitness is proven to have a positive impact on mental health. 

According to a study, people who exercise regularly have better mental health and emotional well-being. It also helps in managing and preventing mental health conditions like depression and anxiety. I hope an episode like this inspires you to embark on the journey too.
